Deaf Awareness
What is Deaf Awareness?
Well... it's about knowing what appropriate communication skills to use when in contact with people with any form of hearing loss, be it at work, social or even at home.
All three courses cover facts and information about everyday situations, involving accessibility, communication barriers, how to identify different groups including tips on how to engage more effectively.
Of course there are many people who perhaps will require specific training or hours to suit their employees or those who are genuinely interested and want to increase their confidence and knowledge. If you need specific tailor made courses do get in touch, we will be happy to design one for you.
We have three popular levels available to choose from.
